PELLCO was the General Contractor for this parking lot addition, which involved reconfiguring the existing parking lot, the development of a new parking area, the construction of a new cast-in-place retaining wall with extensive architectural detail cast into the wall, lighting improvements, landscaping and irrigation. All of this work was to be completed during the 10 week summer break, and we completed it in 9-1/2 weeks. PELLCO self-performed all earthwork, site utilities and structural concrete.
PELLCO was the General Contractor on this parking lot addition, which involved creating a new entrance to the school to replace the entrance that was lost by the improvements to the Bothell-Everett Highway. The major aspects of the project include the demolition of an existing residential structure, installation of 400 lf of 96" storm detention piping, 7,000 cy of structural import fill, 5,500 sf of segmental block retaining wall, a new structural steel canopy, two masonry block sound walls and extensive cast-in-place concrete. PELLCO self-performed all of the earthwork, site utilities, steel erection and cast-in-place concrete.
