Kellogg Middle School

This project consisted of the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new 150,000 SF middle school in Shoreline, WA. PELLCO was a subcontractor on this project, responsible for demolition, earthwork, utilities, and structural concrete.

 Clyde Hill Elementary School

The Clyde Hill Elementary School Project consisted of demolition of the existing structures and construction of a new 90,000 SF facility and site amenities. PELLCO performed Building Demolition, Earthwork, Utilities, and Structural Concrete. This project was completed in a tight construction schedule of just 14 months.

 Lake Stevens High School Expansion

PELLCO was the Earthwork/Site Utility contractor for this project which included a 100,000 SF addition, new parking lots, and a complete utility package including a 152,000 CF storm water detention pond.

Seattle City Light

Duwamish Creston H-Frame

PELLCO was the General Contractor for this project which involved the construction of 9 drilled pier foundations ranging from 8’-12’ in diameter and 40-75 feet deep.

Northshore School District

Woodinville High School Phase II Improvement & Addition

PELLCO was the Site Development Subcontractor for this GC/CM project. PELLCO's contract included performing all earthwork, underground utilities, grading, curb, gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving and fencing for the phased re-construction of Woodinville High School.
