Everett High School Seismic Upgrade

PELLCO was the General Contractor for this fast-track seismic improvement project in two buildings on the Everett High School Campus. The project involved casting concrete shear walls and brackets to reinforce the building. Also included were a 5,000 sf tenant improvement in the basement of the cafeteria building along with seismic connections on three floors and a partial re-roof. PELLCO self-performed all concrete, carpentry, steel erection and finish carpentry. All work was accomplished in nine weeks.

Fire Station 31 Addition and Renovation

PELLCO was the General Contractor for this project which included the seismic upgrade and addition to an existing fire station. PELLCO self-performed all earthwork, site utilities, steel erection, seismic improvements, structural concrete, rough carpentry and finish carpentry.

Alderwood Elementary School Seismic Improvements

PELLCO was the General Contractor for this fast-track structural upgrade project. The project involved extensive removal and replacement of finishes to install new seismic hardware.

Redmond Fire Station No. 11 Remodel and Addition

PELLCO was the General Contractor for this project, which involved building demolition, seismic upgrades, remodel and new construction at an occupied fire station and headquarters building.

View Ridge Elementary School Seismic Upgrade

PELLCO was the General Contractor for this fast-track structural upgrade project. The project involved extensive removal and replacement of finishes to install new seismic hardware and the removal and replacement of the 55,000 sf roofing system after adding plywood.
